SELF- HELP FINGER HOLDS IN JSJ

Jin Shin Jyutsu offers very easy self help techniques, which can help you treat both emotional and physical discomfort. Here I am including the various fingers “holds” and their benefits.
Do not be surprised at the healing power of your fingers. All the energy meridians in your body end up in your fingers and toes. Therefore holding those for a length of time, balances the energy meridians ending up in the particular finger or toe.

All you have to do is wrap your one hand around each finger of the other hand as mentioned below.

· For maintenance you can hold each finger for a minimum of 3min, 5min would be better. In general it would be highly beneficial to get in the habit to hold your fingers (each at a time) whenever you do not need to use your hand. Like if you are waiting in traffic, or watching a film, or waiting in some office etc…

· If you are undergoing an emotional upheaval at the moment such as fear, anger, anxiety, grief etc... Or have a physical problem of the ones mentioned below; it is best to hold the corresponding finger for at least 20 min. You will observe the emotional problem subside and disappear. For the physical problem I suggest you apply this for 20 min three times a day.time.

Enjoy your simple yet highly effective self-healing routines!

"Think back to a happy time, a really, really happy time in your life. Go back as far as it takes, to a time when you felt so light you thought you might float. Do you remember it? The carefree feeling? The acceptance of the moment, of yourself, of life? Feeling unfettered by thoughts of the future, and oblivious to the past? Feel it a little longer...There. Very nice.

The only difference between joyful moments, and others, is you."

THE MAIN CENTRAL VERTICAL FLOW

Dear friends, try this wonderful Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help harmonising flow and give me back your input,
I can guarantee that you will be very pleasantly surprised!

THE MAIN CENTRAL VERTICAL FLOW

The Main Central Vertical Flow is the source of our life energy. This pathway runs down the center of the front of the body and back up the spine. Here is a Jin Shin Jyutsu® self-help process to harmonize this pathway.

Harmonizing the Main Central regularly helps you feel centered and ensures that you will have plenty of energy. Some people find it calming and use it to fall asleep, while others like to use it to clear away the cobwebs upon awakening. For optimum results, do this daily.

MAIN CENTRAL VERTICAL FLOW

Step 1: Place the fingers of the right hand on the top of the head (where they will remain until
step 6). Place the fingers of the left hand on your forehead between your eyebrows. Hold for 2 to 5 minutes or until the pulses you feel at your fingertips synchronize with each other.

Step 2: Now move the left fingertips to the tip of the nose. Hold them there for 2 to 5 minutes, or until the pulses synchronize.

Step 3: Move the left fingertips to your sternum (center of your chest between your breasts). Stay there for 2 to 5 minutes or until the pulses synchronize.

Step 4: Move your fingers to the base of your sternum (center of where your ribs start, above the stomach). Hold them there for 2 to 5 minutes, or until the pulses synchronize.

Step 5: Move your fingers to the top of your pubic bone (above the genitals, center). Stay there for 2 to 5 minutes, or until the pulses synchronize.

Step 6: Keep your left fingertips in place and move your right fingertips to cover your coccyx (tailbone). Hold for 2 to 5 minutes or until the pulses you feel at your fingertips synchronize with each other.
Note: The right hand remains on the top of the head while the left hand moves down the body until the final step.
